ADDITIONAL INDEX FOR RECORDS
Effective February 21, 2007 we will be indexing items listed as "Formerly Known As" as well as "Also Known As", which we currently do. The Fees for recording will change to reflect this as a $1.00 additional name charge.

2011 FEE CHANGES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2011
The State of Alabama has changed the FEES that will be charged on Incorporations effective January 1, 2011. See on the Forms, Fees, Misc Tab. You may print yourself a copy of the entire FEES SCHEDULE for this Office but the changes pertain to Incorporations.

2012 CHANGE FOR NOTARIES
NOTICE TO NOTARIES. EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2012 the BOND REQUIREMENT TO BECOME A NOTARY WILL CHANGE FROM $10,000.00 to $25,000.00.
