Please see the Important Recording Info tab for a very important announcement concerning recording documents in the Morgan County Probate Office. Some of the documents presented for recording are not compliant with the Code of Alabama and Local Acts for Morgan County.

VOTER REGISTRATION FORMS
We have now added the Voter Registration Form and the Absentee Ballot Application Form to our Website. Click on the FORMS or ELECTION INFORMATION tab to print the form. All forms can be downloaded from the Alabama Secretary of State Link also. If you need to update your Voter Registration information, use the Voter Registration Form for that purpose also.

ADDITIONAL INDEX FOR RECORDS
Effective February 21, 2007 we will be indexing items listed as "Formerly Known As" as well as "Also Known As", which we currently do. The Fees for recording will change to reflect this as a $1.00 additional name charge.
